2 Free Learning Paths for Talent Leaders

As a talent professional, you’ve made a career out of championing and developing the careers of countless others. Now, we’d like to do the same for you.

We know one of your most pressing challenges is making sense of AI and using it to recruit and develop the talent your organization needs to be successful in the future. So, we’ve created AI learning paths for leaders in both talent acquisition and talent development and we’ve unlocked these courses, making them free until June 22, 2024.

And we think the timing is just right. The brand-new 2024 Workplace Learning Report cites LinkedIn survey data showing that 4 out of 5 people want to learn more about how to use AI in their professional roles. But many leaders aren’t sure how to get started.

According to LinkedIn’s 2024 Future of Recruiting report, just 27% of recruiting professionals say they’re using or experimenting with generative AI, though 62% of respondents say they’re optimistic about AI’s impact on recruiting.

The courses we’ve unlocked will help turn that optimism into action by teaching you what generative AI is, how it works, and how to use it to boost personal productivity and solve a range of real-world business problems.

Here are the five courses in our talent acquisition learning path and the six courses in our talent development path:
