LinkedIn CRM Connect Will Help You Save Time and Access Reliable Candidate Insight


We’ve heard from leaders across the talent industry that recruiters are always looking for faster ways to find and nurture great talent. But today recruiters spend a good deal of time jumping between hiring systems — time that could be put to better use. We’re investing in ways to fix that.

LinkedIn is launching our newest hiring integration, CRM Connect, which will be available to customers starting early 2024. CRM Connect integrates LinkedIn Recruiter and candidate relationship management (CRM) systems, giving Recruiter seat holders a simpler and more efficient way to work across systems. It also ensures that data is surfaced in your CRM in accordance with LinkedIn’s members’ data privacy settings.

We’re excited to launch this new integration with Avature, Beamery, Clinch, Eightfold, Jobvite, and Radancy over the coming year, so LinkedIn Recruiter seat holders leveraging these CRMs can work more efficiently across platforms with the most up-to-date candidate insights and in accordance with LinkedIn’s User Agreement.

Reduce time spent switching across systems

Work gets done faster when you connect distinct systems. Our data shows that recruiters save up to 3½ hours per week on average using Recruiter System Connect (RSC), which integrates customers’ applicant tracking systems with LinkedIn Recruiter.

With CRM Connect, candidate insights from CRM systems will surface in Recruiter, and up-to-date LinkedIn profiles and recruiting activity will surface in connected CRM systems. When recruiters can find the candidate insights they need in one spot — instead of toggling between Recruiter and their CRM — they can work more efficiently to build robust candidate pipelines.
